Pharmacy Weight Loss Higham Ferrers is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) operating in accordance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe for the individual. Our prescribers make all clinical decisions at their sole professional discretion.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) dispensed through our pharmacy require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment. We do not dispense prescription medicines without an appropriate prescription.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. You will not be charged for any prescription that is declined by our prescriber.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are subject to Royal Mail or courier service performance and may be affected by factors outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct. We cannot accept liability for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by you.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the medicine has not been dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as medicines cannot be resold once they leave our pharmacy. This is for safety reasons and in compliance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your prescription is declined by our prescriber, you will receive a full refund of any consultation or prescription fee paid. To request a cancellation, contact us promptly at the details provided on our website.
